The Hong Kong Professional Boxing Board (HKPBB) is dedicated to showcasing the therapeutic benefits of boxing, extending its reach beyond traditional combat. Led by our boxing therapist, Teresa Lau, we have crafted specialized training programs for various community groups. Our therapeutic boxercise classes for children emphasize vital life skills, while our youth programs support personal and career development. For working adults, we provide mental wellness services, and for the elderly, tailored exercises promote both physical and cognitive health, ensuring a vibrant and active lifestyle for all.
